  • Venue must sell tickets for the event
  • Special Event application
  • Contract between the venue and the Event Promoter to fully understand the insurance requirements included in the contract that would need to be addressed in the Insurance proposal/policy.

EXCLUDES:

  • Amusement attractions
  • Abuse & Molestation coverage
  • One sided indemnification agreements
  • Music performances with large pyro exposure that your insured is contracted to take on
  • Minimum Premium – $1,000 for small events
